Is your method safe for wool, cotton blends, and microfiber?
Yes. We pre-test for colorfastness and tailor the pre-spray to the fiber. For wool and delicate weaves we use low-alkaline, fiber-safe formulas and lower heat, then neutralize residues so the hand feels natural.
How long until everything is dry?
Typically 60–120 minutes depending on ventilation and pile density. Our low-moisture process and strong airflow keep wicking and shrinkage risks low.
Do you charge extra for stain treatment or deodorizing?
No surprises. We quote after inspection and include targeted spot work. If a specialty treatment is needed, we’ll explain it first—no add-ons without consent.
Can you remove pet odors permanently?
We treat the source, not just mask it: enzyme/oxidizer systems for urea and bacteria, followed by thorough extraction and pH balance. Severe pad contamination may require replacement—we’ll be honest about what’s realistic.
